Brushing

Brushing is an hygienic practice able of toughening the body, i.e. increasing the ability to resist against diseases and increasing the immune system. It also stimulates blood circulation to the skin, strengthening the cardiovascular system, regulating blood pressure and indirectly acts on internal organs, regulating their functions (improvement of diuresis, intestinal peristalsis, liver activity etc..).

Blood circulation and liquids replacement are thus improved. Results are surprising in cases of water retention, rheumatic diseases and debilitated organisms. It has a toning and regenerating effect on the skin tissue: it stimulates the turnover and cell renewal. Skin looks pure and enviable.
